Tianli Won the “2024 Technology Progress Award First Prize of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association”
Recently, the award ceremony of “2024 (Fifth) Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association Science and Technology Innovation Award” was held in Jinan, Shandong Province, under the guidance of the China Machinery Industry Federation, Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province, Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province, and Federation of Industry and Commerce of Shandong Province, and hosted by the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association. The “Closed-loop Circulating Drying Device and Industrial Application” project developed and promoted by Shandong Tianli Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Tianli Technology”) and its parent company Shandong Tianli Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Tianli Energy”) stood out and won the “Technology Progress Award First Prize of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association”.
The “Closed-loop Circulating Drying Device and Industrial Application” project innovated the key factors and process methods of heat transfer and moisture migration in the drying process, built a series of closed-loop drying integrated process systems, and developed safe, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly closed-loop drying devices and processes, solving a series of bottleneck key problems such as easy adhesion of materials, low thermal efficiency of equipment, short operating cycle, large product fluctuations, and high maintenance frequency. The system thermal efficiency reached 81.62%, and the exhaust emissions were 1% of conventional drying technology. Tianli has independent intellectual property rights for the project technology, and the overall technical level has been identified as “internationally leading level.”
At present, the technology has been successfully applied to new energy materials, high-performance materials, chemical, petrochemical and other industries, reducing the investment and operation costs of drying units. It has strong competitiveness in the market, is conducive to the formation of a complete high-efficiency and low-carbon drying key technology and related industrial chain, promotes the healthy development of the energy-saving drying industry, and drives the scientific and technological progress in Chinese drying field.
