Adopting fluid bed dryer drying process, anhydrous magnesium chloride is obtained directly from magnesium chloride hexahydrate, avoiding the evaporation and granulation system, and the process flow is greatly simplified compared with the traditional technology.
Aiming at Hydro's complicated process, serious equipment corrosion and leakage, high energy consumption, our company participates in the joint research and development of new process of magnesium chloride dehydration, making full use of the natural resources of the salt lake, taking natural magnesium chloride as raw material, avoiding the evaporation and pelletizing system, and obtaining anhydrous magnesium chloride by dehydration, realizing simplification of the process of magnesium chloride dehydration and reduction of energy consumption. Magnesium chloride hexahydrate is obtained from magnesium chloride dihydrate after fixed fluid bed dryer air drying process. Magnesium chloride dihydrate is dried to anhydrous magnesium chloride by closed-circuit drying process of hydrogen chloride gas. The process adopts magnesium chloride dihydrate as adsorbent to carry out a new process of circulating adsorption and separation of water and gas medium in the tail gas of secondary dehydration, and realizes the recycling of secondary dehydration medium HCl gas.
