Tianli won the “Second Prize of Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award in 2023” България
Recently, the Shandong Government issued the Decision on the Provincial Science and Technology Awards in 2023. The science and technology achievement “Key Technology Innovation and Engineering Industrialization Application of Fluidized High-efficiency and Low-carbon Drying” led by Shandong Tianli Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianli) won the Second Prize of Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award in 2023. This is also the 9th Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award won by Tianli in the field of drying.
With the support of Chinese Key R&D Program and International Science and Technology Cooperation Program, the project “Key Technology Innovation and Engineering Industrialization Application of Fluidized High-efficiency and Low-carbon Drying” has undergone 17 years of continuous R&D. From strengthening the theoretical application research of heat and mass transfer, structure and process innovation, building a series of large-scale drying integrated process system to achieve engineering industrialization and other innovative development, the project has solved the tough and key problems that restrict the sustainable development of China’s drying field. Key technology innovation and engineering industrialization application of fluidized high-efficiency and low-carbon drying have been realized, the overall thermal efficiency of the system has reached above 80%, and the overall technical level has reached the international advanced level.
The outstanding innovations in fluidized drying technology and complete equipment, and the leading position in the industry are related to Tianli’s continuous technological innovation. At present, Tianli’s innovative products have been widely used in high-performance material industries such as adipic acid, PVDF, and PPTA, and inorganic salt industries such as refined salt, soda ash, and sodium sulfate. The products are exported to overseas such as India, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea, achieving the localization of major energy-saving drying equipment, breaking the long-term foreign monopoly of large-scale energy-saving drying equipment, replacing imports, and improving the core competitiveness and international influence of Chinese drying industry. It has great significance for China to implement the energy-saving and emission reduction industrial policies and realize the “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality” strategic goals.
