Tianli’s Steam Rotary Drying System is Innovatively Applied to High-pressure Filter Coal, Successfully Passing the 168-hour Rigorous Test

Time : 2024-08-16

Recently, the coal slime drying and comprehensive utilization project system of a power generation company constructed by Shandong Tianli Energy Co., Ltd. passed the 168-hour performance test. The success of this test indicates that the system has completed all commissioning tasks and is officially put into production.

For this project, Tianli creatively applied steam rotary equipment for high-pressure filter coal slime drying system, filling the technical gap in the relevant Chinese industry. The humidity, hardness and particle size of coal slime produced by high-pressure filter press are very different from those produced by regular filter press. The project personnel of Tianli explored new rules, innovated boldly, and cooperated with the owner to overcome difficulties and successfully developed the whole process under the new drying application environment. The dried coal slime is more in line with the requirements of furnace blending combustion conditions.

This challenging test not only verified the rationality of system design and technical advancement, but also showed Tianli’s professional capabilities and rich experience in coal slime drying. Tianli has constructed multiple sets of coal slime drying series, contributing to China’s further improvement of resource comprehensive utilization efficiency, comprehensive deepening of ultra-low emission transformation, implementation of energy conservation and consumption reduction, and promotion of green and low-carbon development.
