Ammonium sulfate dryer

Ammonium sulfate is a unique type of chemical that many farmers have used in the past as fertilizer. One of the main reasons fertilizer is so important to grow plants strong and healthy. The plants are provided with nutrients in the form of ammonium sulfate because it is an important nutrient for their survival. Farmers make ammonium sulfate by combining two chemical compounds: Sulfuric acid and ammonia. These two substances combine to create small, crystal balls that are beneficial in agriculture.

These crystals need to be dried out before farmers can use them as a fertilizer, the same as Shandong Tianli's flash dryer. It was crucial that the crystals were dried. Step so that beads do not hold moisture and the grain has glasses to perfectly fit them. If not allowed to dry completely, the crystals can stick together and clump. This results in clumps that often make it difficult for farmers to apply the fertilizer uniformly.

Advanced Technology for Ammonium Sulfate Drying

There have been great advances in the technology of ammonium sulfate dryers over recent years, along with the paddle dryer created by Shandong Tianli. Today, newer and more advanced dryers are built to thoroughly wash the crystals quickly. Here in the new machines, they have been painstakingly constructed so that such events are expected to take an especially long time before a crystal is allowed to experience high temperatures. Crystals get damaged by excess heat, thus their functionality as fertilizer dwindles.

These are convection dryers and have sensors aside from the temperature and humidity inside. This technology is able to prevent the crystal from drying incorrectly. This would minimize the possibility of over-dry or damaging to crystals that characters may need for alchemy purposes.
